Salmón al limón

Ingredientes:

  • 800 g de salmón en porción.
  • 2 cucharadas de aceite de oliva.
  • 2 cucharadas de jugo de limón.
  • La ralladura de 1 limón.
  • 2 dientes de ajo triturado.
  • 1 cucharada de romero fresco picado muy fino.
  • Sal al gusto.
  • Pimienta negra al gusto.

Preparación:

  1. Precalentar el horno a 205º C con calor tanto arriba como abajo.
  2. Coloca las porciones de salmón sobre una bandeja de hornear untada de aceite de oliva con la piel hacia abajo.
  3. En un tazón, pon el aceite de oliva, el jugo de limón, la ralladura de limón, el ajo machacado, el romero picado, la sal y la pimienta. Mézclalo bien dando vueltas con una cuchara.
  4. Vierte la mezcla sobre el salmón cubriendo toda su superficie.
  5. Hornéalo en el centro del horno precalentado a 205º C entre 13 y 17 minutos. A mayor grosor de las raciones, más tiempo se requerirá.
  6. Tras sacarlo del horno, tapa la bandeja con papel de aluminio hasta el momento de servir para conservar sus jugos y la carne no quede seca.
